An Introduction to the Roundhouse

The Roundhouse by local North Woolwich artist Les Hunt

Initially known as the General Grant, this pub was later renamed the Roundhouse circa 1983 for reasons unknown. Part of the route during Ferry Festival Pram Races, the Roundhouse - last said to be owned by the Watney Combe & Reid brewery - closed in 2003 and was converted into residential flats.
